Evidence is only a click away. SeeBrief™ software allows you to link documents, video, and graphics. Unlike other software, SeeBrief™ allows context-specific highlighting and annotation. Each link takes you to the relevant document at the precise page you cite and highlights the exact language you quote. If you link to the same document multiple times, each link displays only the highlighting relevant to that particular citation.

Depositions are brought to life with the ability to link video. The deponent’s body language comes through clearly and the judge gets to see every smirk and confused look in a simple, easy-to-view format. Scolling text below the video is an option.

One powerful feature of SeeBrief™ is the ability to incorporate PowerPoint graphics with voice narration. This allows the viewer to see every graphic and animation on screen with your own voice as a guide.

INTUITIVE AND EASY TO USE

SeeBrief™ automatically starts when you insert the CD or DVD into any Microsoft Windows computer. There's no need for additional software. SeeBrief™ uses Adobe’s PDF format, so your brief, and all cited documents, always look exactly like the printed versions.

Each SeeBrief™ displays headings of the key arguments to the left of the brief, allowing a judge or arbitrator to easily identify which section he or she is reading. These clickable headings also allow the viewer to quickly get to a particular argument of interest.

Stay-at-Home Navigation™ enables even the least tech-savvy reader to view linked documents, graphics, and video without losing his or her place in the brief.

Tabbed browsing in SeeBrief™ allows the viewer to move between companion documents, such as a memorandum and supporting statement of facts, without losing his or her place in either document.

FAST AND ECONOMICAL

We charge a set rate of $4,000 for a brief containing up to 300 links to documents, video, and graphics. Additional links are charged at a rate of $15/link. This price covers everything you’ll need, including documents linked to the precise page cited and highlighting of quoted portions of those documents. The price also includes production of final CD/DVD discs for submission.

For a brief containing up to 300 links, we provide a draft in 2-3 business days following the receipt of the final brief, all cited documents in PDF format, and any deposition or graphics videos to be linked. If you would like graphics in your SeeBrief, we can work with you in advance to develop a powerful presentation, for an additional cost.
